Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Automatic Software Tester to develop and maintain automated test suites using Cypress (JavaScript/TypeScript) and Playwright (C#). The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring software quality by implementing end-to-end, UI, and API tests, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines and Testkube, and collaborating closely with developers and QA teams.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Cypress (JavaScript/TypeScript) and Playwright (C#).
- Implement and execute end-to-end, regression, UI, and API tests.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and manage test execution using Testkube.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
- Optimize test execution efficiency and maintainability.
- Ensure best practices in test automation, focusing on stability and scalability.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and improve testing strategies.
Requirements
- Experience in test automation using Cypress (JavaScript/TypeScript) and Playwright (C#).
- Hands-on experience with Testkube for test orchestration and execution.
- Strong programming skills in C# and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
- Experience with REST API testing and tools like Postman.
- Understanding of test automation frameworks, selectors, and handling dynamic elements.
- Experience working in Agile environments with tools like JIRA.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., k6, JMeter).
- Knowledge of containerized environments using Docker/Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure.
